A holistic approach to health and well-being

As an integrative health coach, I help clients through a holistic approach to health and well-being. That means not focusing only on diet, but seeing the full picture, which includes exercise, body awareness, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and career. When we focus too narrowly on one area of our health, we often struggle to find the overall balance that we need. My practice as a coach is about helping you to find equilibrium in your life in these various areas, and to feel empowered to take small steps towards greater wellness.

My work is highly individualized: I meet each client where they’re at in their own wellness journey. Wellness is an ongoing journey. It’s not a goal to be completed but a means to an end. I guide each client towards sustainable, lasting change so that they can do what they care most about in life. Being in our best health allows us to bring our best selves to the work and people that we truly care about.

My education equipped me with a deep understanding of holistic nutrition and health coaching. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes to find greater health and wellbeing. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Each coaching session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as relationships, career, finances, and family. A holistic approach means treating the whole person: taking into account all that goes into you feeling your best. I will carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
